Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1-2 caplets up to 4 x daily. Not to exceed 8 caplets daily. The physician should be consulted if fever continues for more than 3 days; or if fever is absent but the patient's condition has not improved within 7 days; or if pain persists for 5 days

Patients over 60 years of age should consult their physician before taking this medicine

Indications
:
For the relief of cold, cough and nasal congestion associated with fever and pain, for day care

Contra-Indications
:
Known hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation. Lactation. Concomitant use with MAOIs or within 14 days of discontinuation of such therapy. Severe hypertension and severe coronary artery disease. Subjects in, or at risk of developing respiratory failure (due to dextromethorphan content, in common with other centrally acting antitussive agents
).
