135 mg/m² administered I.V. over 24 hours every 3 weeks.

Indications:
Alone or in combination for advanced carcinoma of the ovary, metastatic breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, Kaposi carcinoma, node-positive breast cancer, advanced gastric carcinoma.
Contra-Indications:
Sensitivity to paclitaxel or cremophor.
